Based on the desires of the architect and owner as well as the existing site conditions a preliminary estimate can be compiled with breakdowns showing cost allocations. This can facilitate the design process in meeting budget requirements.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

Based on the scope of work, milestone dates of the owner, time of year, etc a preliminary schedule can be developed for the design, permitting and constructions process.
