DESIGN

Assist owner/architect as needed to develop schematic drawings. Assist in the setting of goals and the development of a timetable for the completion of these preliminary drawings.

LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES

Meet with local building officials and city departments to discuss permitting issues, the plan review process, utility requirements, etc.

PROJECT SCHEDULING

Based on the scope of the work, preliminary drawings, milestone dates and permitting issues a schedule can be developed for the project taking it from design through final completion.
