PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR

John performs all management phases of the construction process including estimating, scheduling, contracts, material procurement, resource management and project closeout.

John has a variety of project management experience ranging from management of retail, industrial warehouse/distribution centers, cold storage warehouse, aviation as well as significant build out, tenant improvement and renovation projects. His experience and thorough understanding of client concerns and design issues enable him to successfully lead the team for any given project, from inception to completion.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Washington. John started with Blodgett Construction Associates, Inc. in 2004.
