Mission Statement Blodgett Construction Associates (BCA) is a multi-dimensional Contractor, specializing in commercial construction offering customized attention to each Project, Client and Owner. BCA is on the cutting edge of modern technology using the latest proven construction computerization for cost estimating, scheduling and accounting. Our office is networked to allow communication, via the Internet and e-mail, with our off-site project offices and our customers. Our primary strength is the collective experience and technical ability represented by our management and supervisory team. Our team members are also team leaders in their area of expertise and provide further support for and technical strength to special teams organized for special projects. The company's CEO, Ken Blodgett, travels from jobsite to jobsite to ensure that work is on schedule, within budget, and meets with our customers' requirements. "You don't get what you expect, unless you inspect," states Ken Blodgett. While our supervisory staff travels from project to project, local unions and local subcontractors primarily supply our work force. The customer seems to be looking for and often times willing to partner with the kind of service and quality they receive when using BCA. The ability of BCA to respond instantly to produce a project in a limited time frame or to work within an operating store and keep its sales up through a remodel are not easy tasks. BCA has learned over time how to make this work to our advantage, giving us a competitive edge over our competition.
