| Development Phase Design
- Assist owner/architect as needed to develop schematic drawings
- Assist in the setting of goals and the development of a
timetable for the completion of these preliminary drawings
Local Municipalities
- Meet with local building officials and city departments to
discuss permitting issues, the plan review process, utility requirements, etc.
Project Scheduling
- Based on the scope of the work, preliminary drawings,
milestone dates, and permitting issues a schedule can be developed for the project taking
it from design through final completion
